Consultants International Inc., is pleased to announce the purchase of the outstanding 50% of the shares in
Thomas Consultants International Inc. effective the 1st of January 2000.
Both firms specialise in retail planning for retailers, developers and
governments. Retailer projects range from major international chains to
local independents, Development projects include all types of enclosed and strip shopping centres including power centres, entertainment focused centres, downtown revitalisations and transit anchored projects (railway & subway stations, airport & ferry terminals etc.) As a result of the change in ownership Talbot Consultants is now able to offer a full range of retail and retail development consulting services world-wide (including the previously excluded areas of Australia, New Zealand and Western Canada).
Effective the 1st of January 2000, Mr. Talbot has been appointed President & Managing Director of Thomas Consultants Intemational Inc.. In 1999 he celebrated 30 years of providing consulting services to the retail and retail development industries. All other staff positions remain unchanged. An expansion of the Toronto office and the addition of other international offices are planned during the year 2000, The Head Office address & contact numbers and both firms' consulting services will also remain unchanged as summarized below:
